How Was Narwal Named?
It's a delightful story behind the naming of our company, Narwal. We were inspired by the narwhal, a unique, beautiful, and fascinating whale often referred to as the ocean's only unicorn. Narwhals symbolize magical power, freedom, and empathetic abilities. They navigate the icy embrace of the Arctic, wielding their spiraled tusks like mystical swords, which serve as conduits for the sea's whispers, funneled through 10 million nerve endings. Two distinctive characteristics of narwhals inspired us:
1. Their ability to dive deep, and
2. Their social nature.
These traits define what we aspire to be as an organization: a 'deep technology' company that also excels in building relationships with our employees and clients.
Therefore, we chose to drop the 'h'—since we are human—and adopted Narwal as the name of our company. We, Narwalites, strive to be unique and a cut above the rest as well.
