1. Fill in your details on the left and upload your profile photo.
2. Select a Template Style and a tagline, or choose Use Banner Image and upload a banner.
3. Click Copy Signature (Rich Text) under the Live Preview.
4. Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures….
5. Create a new signature (or edit an existing one), click inside the editor and press Ctrl + V to paste.
6. Set it as default for New messages and/or Replies/forwards, then click OK.

Tip: If something looks misaligned, paste once into a blank email, adjust if needed, then copy-paste from there into the Outlook signature editor.
